EFFECT OF EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT ON THE OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY OF WATER SERVICE PROVIDERS IN MERU COUNTY, KENYA

Operation efficiency is critical for the smooth running and sustainability of water utilities. Employee engagement integral to operational non-profit organizations in Kenya, including service sector. Studies show that when employees are appropriately engaged, managed monitored, will avoid unnecessary losses costs, achieving efficiency.
